1. Associate with researchers to clarify requirements of clients and projects; responsible for project management and execution, project planning, project tracking and quality control
2. Manage implementation of fieldwork according to project plan, including arrangement of researchers and interviewees; execute the company's plans
3. Communicate timely with researchers and clients about problems encountered; update project progress with clients according to their requirements
4. Compile project materials during and after a project, including deskwork, audio-visual recordings and transcriptions
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above, or over 2 years relevant experience in project management; previous experience in research institutions preferred
2. Strong abilities in project management and time management
3. Good at observing and logical thinking; sincere and hardworking
4. Strong learning abilities, adaptability and stress resistance
5. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
6. Good expression and communication, outstanding ability in problem solving
7. Proficiency in Windows/MacOS office software
